  • I totally agree on this issue. Jack, if you are reading this, please stop your crusade. Every time you threaten and attack someone or something it makes you seem even more foolish. Using tragedies like the death of Mitch to your advantage is undoubtedly wrong and immoral. If you are truly such a religious person, why do you exhibit so much hatred toward us? Doesn't the bible teach to forgive? If we really are commiting a sin, why must you hate us so? Your prejudice is unjust, and yes it is a prejudice. I have played videogames for a long time now, not once have I gotten into a fight at school or even contemplated killing anyone. We are not fools or murderers; it is you who paints us this way in your head.

  • I wholeheartedly agree that Jack Thompson should have his liscense to be revoked. Personally, I think that his remarks about a recent gamer who had died drew was the most rediculous dung I have ever seen anyone else do. Those actions were beyond redemption and not only that, but he uses religion for his own purposes. Although I am not a devout christian or something of that sort, I find that Jack Thompson's use of religion for support of his issues only serve to deepen my distaste of him. I feel sorry for all religious figures who's words have been used for pretty pathetic reasons. His vendetta on Gaming will not work to his satisfaction. also, please note that most of my feelings were drastically understated in this paragraph.

  • By definition a lawyer is neutral, able to argue both sides of a case. Mr. Thompson has proven that he is incapable of doing so in many situations, and manipulates the law at every opportunity for his own gain. This cannot be allowed to continue as it is proving detrimental to the integrity of the law society -- and justice as a whole -- by allowing him to continue representing the law in this manner.

  • Jack Thompson needs to seriously rethink everything he stands for, and grow up at the same time. Statements with no real backing get you nowhere, and everyone who has even the tinyest shred of common sense realises that Jack Thompson is a fool, and proves so every time he speaks. In fact, there are so many words to describe him that I have to omit them in order to keep this comment within the limits set.
