Dear Ganz,

I would like to bring to your attention a proposition going around one of the forum sites on the subject of Webkinz World. Many of the members of the online community, Webkinz Insider, be of the opinion that Ganz should grant every person a coupon for a free "spin" on the "Wheel of the Month" next time it comes around. I believe this is a fair suggestion due to the glitch that presented today when it was time to "spin" the "wheel of the Month".

I would like you to please take this suggestion seriously. We all love Webkinz World, but sometimes the glitches ruin our fun, and being reimbursed for the glitches would mean a lot.
