    • At least make it an option. I hate it (bing, here I come) but I shoudl not impose my wish on everybody so have it a setting/cookie. Google should not decide "this is what you are having 'cos we like it".

    • Why did you do it in the first place? It's as if you want peopel to switch to another search engine instead of using Google anymore.

    • Lots of negative comments in the "experiment" forum (http://www.google.com/support/forum/p/Web+Search/thread?fid=70ca8ab28e3df1ae00047a21e8814146&hl=en) but no-one from Google seemed to be listening. Thanks for the petition!

    • It's really a waste of time, and isn't helping anything at all - those that don't use the other buttons dont have to click them. I can easily get to the buttons possition faster than it can fade in - assuming I can see it - which if it is still fading in; I can't.

    • Why does Google have to make it fade? Seems like there's no point of it to me... Plus, I forget what I want to search all the time because the 'fade in' is distracting...
