GUARDIANS OF PURE WATER(Canada Only)

We owe it to future generations,
To protect and preserve all sources of drinking water throughout our many nations.
For we are the Custodians of this wondrously beautiful oasis of life that is unique in all the galaxy,
So no one; Citizen or Politician should ever be so foolish as to take the element that gives us all life for granted because that is utter fallacy.
On behalf of Mother Earth we ask you to take a stand and say NO to DUMPSITE 41,
But act now before this ludicrous project proceeds any further and irreparable damage is done.
Please do the right thing and put your signature down on the dotted line,
Since building a GARBAGE DUMP on top of the PUREST SOURCE OF WATER in the World is surely an inexcusable and unconscionable crime!!!!!!!!!!

    • I am an environmental student at Georgian college in Barrie, which is about 50 km from Dump site 41. I know that the technology for dumps/landfills has inherent problems; the technology cannot and will not guarantee that the aquifer will not become contaminated. It is a disgrace that for a profit for a few people many will be subjected to contaminated water and especially considering the fact that this water is considered the best in the world. There is another fact being over looked. This area contains good farm land and significant wetlands of considerable size. These features are also in danger of being degraded, along with the aquifer. This is a disgrace and a pitiful comment about the powers that be. The people are saying loud and clear for years, they do not want the dump in this location, yet the work to construct was begun and still continues. We need a serious overhaul of the government and find some people that will aquatically do as their constituents want and not sell us out to the highest bidder
