On June 9, 2008, Ohio Congressman Dennis Kucinich took to the floor of the U.S. House of Representatives to present 35 Articles of Impeachment against George W. Bush.

We, the people, commend and support these articles, and Congressman Kucinich in his efforts to represent the American people, and with our Constitutional Right to Free Speech, demand the immediate impeachment of George Walker Bush.

Surely, the conduct of Bush while president of the United States is the result of either mental retardation or mental illness. Mental retardation can be ruled out due to the complexity of Bushs words and conduct. This leaves the American people with only one plausible conclusion: Bush is a severely mentally ill individual.
