We the undersigned, the Globally Concerned Citizens, have taken the Gulf Oil Spillage as a serious Global Warning and as a Laud Wake- Up Call. We also hold it as a solid evidence to how fragile our world is and how careless have we become in handling it. We feel the storms and the need for a new Ark. http:www.ark3.org

Yes, unfortunately, our planet is badly bruised and its heart is bleeding, our oceans are being ruined, and our precious resources and the sources of all life are being utterly destroyed.
No, no longer can we ignore the various and serious threats that the whole world is facing today. This Spillage is just one example, and, it is not only BP's problem. It is global and is our common problem and requires our vigorous global engagement and collective action.

Recognizing this shared responsibility, we have risen and are acting in unison as the World Conscience's Voice. Our call is for worldwide attention, worldwide action, and global collaboration to tackle this and other problems we are facing today. This is the best and perhaps the only way to save Our Planet, and protect are Common Interest.

But first, we loudly declare and admit to these undeniable facts that:

I- We have not inherited The Earth, nor did our fathers, neither will our posterity. Instead, we all belong to this planet and are the indivisible parts of it and must play our roles by preserving its wholesomeness in oder to secure our own survival and our posterity as well.

II- We are not the owners of this planet. Indeed, we are its stewards and shall always be by trying to be truly responsible Global Citizens and by cherishing every cubic inch of this precious Globe equally.

III- The resources of this planet are not infinite, too much has already been consumed and many parts have been totally depleted. This precious Gem is extremely exhausted. If we do not rush to save it now, soon we will be doomed along with it.

IV- We view the whole Globe as a Chrystal Ball or as a very precious Gemstone that any smallest fraction on any corner could reflect all over it and reduce its quality and value. We see the same effect in the Gulf- Oil-Spillage and consider its over all impact as a worldwide disaster, not a regional. We and the future generation all will be affected.

V- We accept this truth that we all are responsible for this mess, and similar ones as well. These are all the by-products of our behavior . Our insatiable demand for oil and our wasteful life styles have created it. Now, we all, especially the North Americans must be held accountable for this and other such global catastrophes. Yes, there are a lot of whys that we must ask and find within ourselves. For example I never ask myself Why must I, as a single person drive a big SUV or a 6 or 8 cylinder car all year round, a vehicle which is made to carry at least 7 to 10 people, and consume that energy to move that many people, and create that much pollution for that many people, not for one single individual. Or, why we never ask ourselves why do we need to, as single persons or as a small families, live in 12000 SF houses and huge mansions which need to be kept at 70 degree temperature all year round, without being concerned about all the energy which is consumed for this purpose! Why? Just, because, we think we can afford it, or because of our other vacuums that we have not yet recognize?

To this ends, and, for the future's sake, we have initiated the following Global Initiatives. 1- We ask to name the coming decade, 2010 -2010 The International Decade of World Transformation or ' The World Transformation Decade.

3- We ask to name the first month of each Summer ( June21- July22) The World Conscious Month, and name the weeks of this month:

A- The first week: The World Conscience Voice Week or World Conscience Voice International Week

B- The Second week: Worldwide Action Week

C- The 3rd week: Global Giving Week, or International Global Giving Week

D- The Fourth Week: Global Balding Week, or, International Global Balding Week*

* Balding week is for the following reasons:

1- Human hair can be a useful commodity and we have seven Billion people on Earth. Their precious hair should not go wasted. Human hair is one of the best Oil Absorbents. It can be collected in Global Hair Banks for global use, such as The Gulf Oil Spillages.

2- This move could create millions of Green Jobs globally in following manners including:
A- Hair cutting, Collecting, Sanitizing, Packaging, Warehousing, Transporting, ad Using.
B-Creating Rituals, Ceremonials, and Festivities for such occasion.
C- Creating and establishing International Hair Museums and World Conscience Museums to preserve the hairs of prominent International Figures. Queens, Kings, Presidents, Prime Ministers, Governors, Imams, World Champions, Scientists, Artist, Movie Stars, etc.
This would also create many green jobs with perpetual revenue to spend on other causes.
3- This act of balding in a ceremonial and ritual manner, could be also an impressive move in honor and the memory of those 11 people who perished in the explosion of BP Oil Rig for us. This helps help keep their memory alive and their sacrifices not to be forgotten.

4- This would remind us of the carcinogenic materials which we carelessly dump in our precious environment and eventually have to suffer the consequences.
5- This week would be the week of, empathy and time of sympathizing with those who have to endure the painful process Chem yo- therapies, and loosing their hair. Although, we could no feel their physical pain as they would do, but perhaps we could reduce their emotional pains this way.

6- This week would be also an attribute to Daley-Lama and all the Monks who preach; simplicity, meekness, none-violence, peace, and tolerance through their words and deeds.

7- This week would be a week to tell bald is beautiful.


Further, we'd like to dedicate the first 10 days of the World Conscious Month to those who are no longer with us, but they touched hearts globally by their deaths or their lives in the last fifty years.


1- June 21 Neda Agha Soltan International Day
Neda Agha-Soltan was the Iranian girl and the innocent by stander who was senselessly and mysteriously killed in June 2009. By June 21 the whole world's conscience was deeply touched. During her last breath, one question came out along with the last rays off her starry eyes. Like a sharp dart, it pierced the whole world's heart. It was WHYYY?.A question not yet answered.
We would like to dedicate this day in her name, regardless of by who or for what reason she was killed. This day should, absolutely be The Worldwide Reflections Day and The International Day of of Defying Violence. It may also be called The International day of Touching World's Conscience or The International Day of Global Reflectionsor The Global Why Day.


2- June 22, Samantha Smith International day, The International Day of Peace Makers or World or Global Reconciliation Day

Samantha Reed Smith (June 29, 1972 August 25, 1985) was an American schoolgirl from Manchester, Maine who became famous in the Cold War-era United States and Soviet Union. In 1982, Smith wrote a letter to the newly appointed Soviet Communist Party General Secretary Yuri Andropov, and received a personal reply which included a personal invitation to visit the Soviet Union, which she accepted.

We believe now that a lot of people all over the world may feel offended, angry, hurt,or sad by the British Petroleum Company (BP), it would be very propitious if these gestures would be made so they would realize that they themselves, too, must be blamed as well
We would also find it very propitious and would like very much, if Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, by her Royal grace and her compassionate kindness, as the most beloved and the most senior Ruler and the best Global Role Model would entertain these initiatives, especially ,our Balding Initiative and would step forward to set precedent for others to follow in creating a new and Permanent Global Tradition which would be followed by its own ceremonial rites, and would highly provoke worldwide compassion and Global Conscience.
We bet Her Majesty would look just as beautiful and lovable without hair as she is with her hair and her Royal Crown. We bet her precious hair will always be preserved and cherished all through history in the Global Conscience and Global Hair Museums all through the history. Certainly, this would be a New Legacy that no Emperor has ever had before.
