We, as conscientious members of the NCBIS community (funny how that word, community, is so casually disregarded when convenient), have a simple demand:
Give Mrs. Heather Oxley her teaching position back.
We believe that one individual should not suffer due to the multiple inadequacies of the school's administrative staff. Mistakes occur, and frequently are forgiven. However, when a mistake costs an individual their job, it is no longer a forgivable mistake. When there is a clear refusal from the school's management to reverse this mistake, it becomes an injustice. Heather Oxley is without a doubt one of the preeminent teachers at NCBIS, holding two Masters Degrees, the position of being one of the best read individuals currently working at NCBIS (dare we say, one of the best read individuals to ever step foot on NCBIS property?) and one of the most highly regarded adults at our harmonious school. Heather Oxley is a good teacher, a nice person, and would be sorely missed at our school. We refuse to accept that an injustice like this can meekly be accepted by those responsible, and we will not stand for it.
