The HR45 "disarming America and leaving the citizens defenseless to tyranny" petition

January 6, 2009; the first thing the Obama administration does is to attempt to disarm America. HR45 is legislation that would indeed disarm many Americans and make it virtually impossible to buy or own a fire arm. HR 45 is a multi tiered legislation that is specifically designed to take away America's last line of defense; our 2nd amendment rights; as well as alienate Barrack Obama's political opposition. The law would include some of the following details:

The gun owner must qualify for and attain a Federal license. The Federal government should not dictate license over a amendment to the Bill of Rights. What we are seeing here and experiencing is a hostile form of government that picks away at any possible opposition until it remains unopposed. This is Barrack Obama politics. The current administration is rapidly taking America into a direction that our nation's greatest citizens fought against in the Cold War years. HR45 is a way to ensure that an unarmed populous is an easy populous to control and dictate.

Maintaining a Federal License and paying for a federal license. This is another way that those who do own personal weapons would have to pay a stiff fee and tax.

The Federal government would look into the gun owner's medical and psychological records. This part is focused on Combat veterans with PTSD Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. Once again it seems that this administration is attacking combat veterans. Ultimately the investigation would require a more in depth look into a gun owner's back ground than what it currently takes to attain a Secret Clearance.

Your whereabouts will be tracked and maintained in a federal database at all times. It will be your duty as an American citizen to keep their address up to date in the government system at all times. There will be penalties for failure to do so.

The Government will regulate how you may or may not store your fire arm. Once again more government control into the intimate facets of America's personal lives.

Gun owners would be subject to home inspections so the government can keep tabs on the weapons owned.

All state laws will be superseded by Federal Law and HR45.

HR45 violates:

The 2nd amendment, the right to a free state and the right to bear arms,

The 4th amendment, where The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

The 9th amendment,The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.

The 10th amendment The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.

We the American People hereby request that HR45 be abolished and disregarded on the basis that it would infringe upon and or violate the 2nd,4th,9th and 10th amendments. HR45 in combination with HR2647, HR645 and the LLLEHCPA or (New Hate Crimes Legislation)directly alienates and discriminates against American Combat Veterans and any "right wing" Christian, Republican or Libertarian political opposition. This legislation is politically charged and biased; and is unconstitutional on many levels. This is the exact type of legislation that is supported by a Socialist, Fascist, Totalitarian or Communist dictatorship. This type of legislature is legislature that is promoted by a government that intends to rule by fear, intimidation and extreme regulation. We will not allow our Federal Government to take away the powers delegated to the People. NO HR45!!!!!!!!!
