Sub: Requesting an immediate stop to the candidates with criminal records, and criminal cases who are contesting elections 2009 on tickets given by your Parties.
Respected Madam:
Respected Sir
On behalf of the voting citizens of India, we at INDIA AWAKENING, a National Movement, appeal to you to immediately remove from ticket allotments, all those candidates from your parties who have criminal records or have on-going cases against them.
You are leading the two parties that can really put India on the broad road to Progress, Education, Health, Employment-opportunities. Both your parties have fine think-tanks, men and women with great patriotism and high principles.
But all your work gets nullified by the number of criminals you send up to contest, merely to make up the numbers to win the election- they who cause rampant crime in the country, divide our people, attract terrorists, blast our cities, destroy men and property.
Madam, Sir, being so committed to the cause of India, you are well aware of the danger you are causing India by once again putting up criminal-candidates. Have we not had enough ? The people of India are losing faith in you very quickly. Do you want to pave the road to anarchy or dictatorship ? Gandhiji defeated a whole country- also by sheer numbers- but numbers that followed ahimsa, non-violence.
You can too, by selecting all those who are eager to work for the country like all of us at INDIA AWAKENING, and millions of other India-conscious people. Call upon usyoull have the numbers- but kindly stop the coming in of criminals into Indian governance.
We are forced to petition you, for you have not been listening to the cry of the country.to stop criminals from forcing their way into key positions. You do not want to take the Election Commissions directives seriously either- so what are we Indians to do ?
Hoping for your immediate action, madam, sir, and hoping for your affirmative response,
We remain,
Committed Citizens of India.
