    • How can you turn your back on people suffering and call it being impartial? The DEC appeal is humanitarian, not political - whereas your action is political, not humanitarian! Shame on you.

    • The BBC says they want to remain neutral but by not showing it they are doing the complete opposite!

    • The BBC's preoccupation with impartiality by refusing to air the DEC Gaza Appeal only serves to demonstrate partiality to the Israeli lobby!

    • This is a humanitarian issue and not a political one! The people suffering in Gaza deserve my 140 hard earned pounds alot more than the hypocrites who run the BBC!

    • Shameful and flagrant bias parading under the name of 'impartiality'. Your executive's policy will damage your credibility in the eyes of the British public and quite possibly implicate those responsible in transmission of war propaganda - Get Mark Regev off the Air!

    • Thompson should resign. His talks with Sharon in 2005 tell us all we need to know about his 'impartiality'. Perhaps he would be happier if he could show an appeal to replace broken windows in Sderot! Of course, if Tel Aviv had been flattened and thousands of Israelis had been killed, maimed and lost their homes, Thompson could show a 'balanced' appeal. Palestinian suffering is always treated differently to any other as the Western world is worried about upsetting supporters of Israel.
