We, the undersigned, are signing to make sure that our voices be heard against Apple's decision to not have a discounted upgrade opportunity for Mac OS X 10.2, also known as "Jaguar".

The users which have recently bought OS X 10.1 or a new Macintosh computer must now also pay the full price for OS X 10.2 which normal people feel would be included as a free upgrade or at a discounted price. To not have this opportunity is a very naive and bad move from Apple Computer Inc.

What we want:
- We want an upgrade price for all users who have paid the full price for Mac OS X 10.x.
- We want a free upgrade offer for all users who have recently bought a Macintosh Computer.
- We want a free upgrade offer for all users who have recently boght Mac OS X 10.x

Why do we want this:
- Because we think it's unfair to be forced to buy an upgrade when you already have payed for it.

    • Even Microsoft charges an upgrade fee for new OS's. We've Beta tested 10.1 for you - now give us a break.

    • I completly agree with this petition, and I am a PC-user. You are beginning to work like Microsoft. And I always thought that you thought different.
