Hello everyone, My name is Kimberly McBee and my husband Leonard McBee #96009 has been incarcerated in the SCDC for the past 23-years for a 50-year state sentence of Arm Robbery where he took two wallets while escapsing from two different detention centers while being held to appear in Federal court for the crime of bank robbery, which he received 25-year sentence for. In the past 23-years my husband has been before the SCDPPPS 8-times and denied each time for the same reasons. In the states system he has not been able to get any assistance with any programs, such as drug treatment. He has a addiction to Marijuana and has not been able to get into any program, even after requesting himself and his family making numerous attempts to get him into some kind of program, by even going to SCDC Headquarters, Governors office and Parole board. All we get are responses that he doesn't meet criteria for any programs. I have checked into the Federal system and he meets all criteria to get into one of their programs.
All that we are asking is that Leonard be paroled to Federal custody so that he can get into a drug program to help him with his addiction and so that he may start serving his 25-year Federal sentence and have a half a chance to maybe oneday return to society. It is costing the state to raise him and they are not benefiting his rehabilitation, so why not give him a chance to go to Federal custody.
I the undersigned feel that Leonard McBee deserves to be paroled to Federal custody to serve his federal sentence and get the opportunity to get help with his addiction and maybe be released to society oneday.

- challenge themselves and society by challenging defacto slavery established by the injustice system in the U.S. and everywhere it is? Isn't an important part of that challenging, working towards abolishing their tool of terror which determines most follow their leaders out of fear, if little else. For, we all know the innocent are premeditatedly murdered by the state to that purpose, the death penalty being a tool of the war on freedom?

- I believe if someone requests treatment and wants to get into drug programs, that should be granted. Alot of people don't ask for help, so you should listen when someone does. thank you for your time.

- If the courts are going to mandate something, they need to mandate the prisons to make sure the classes are available!!
