Netflix "Watch Now" feature for Linux and Mozilla Firefox Use

We, the undersigned, are current or prospective subscribers of Netflix that would like the "Watch Now" feature available to Linux users. Linux users are part of a new trend in OS use around the world. Interoperability with Linux will be very much appreciated and beneficial to all. To remain partisan by making use of the "Watch Now" feature for Windows users and possibly Mac OS users only, is not a fair practice to your subscribers.

It is also unfair that the only supported browser is Internet Explorer. Firefox has a considerable market share and is a viable alternative for Internet Explorer users.

    • Currently have to run a Windows Virtual Machine to watch Netflix. and the sound is horribly low when watching. Sound works fine in all other aspects on this computer and VM.

    • I have tried everything I could think of to watch netflix on my netbook which runs Linux Ubuntu. This is very frustrating and I will be looking for alternative services that have the shows I like to watch. If netflix has a competitor, they might be getting my money instead.

    • I use Linux as my primary operating system, and would like to be able to use "Watch Instantly" without having to change operating systems. Since my primary usage of Netflix is through streaming video, being unable to watch on Linux vastly decreases the value of the Netflix service to me.

    • I want my computer with Ubuntu to work with netflix. Neither will my Vizio Blueray player work which was licensed to work with netflix and has their logo on the top of the box.

    • I'm currently on free test period and I will definitely cancel before going paid, because I can't use my computer to watch Netflix. It is a shame how a great service is failing its users because of bad choices of technologies. There are many available technologies compatible with all platforms that enable you to provide streaming media on the Internet. There is no technical excuse to exclude Linux users.

    • I know a lot of other Linux users that would love to use Netflix on their HTPC computers. I'm lucky to have a TV that has a Netflix app. A lot of my friends simply don't use Netflix because they don't use Windows/Mac

    • I think it's not really fair for you to make me have windows for beeing able to enjoy movies on my PC. You offer a "cheap" service but you make me buy a $200 software to use the service. I can watch it on my Android phone or even my PS3 but not my PC... that really sucks.
