On the recent episode of CSI: Miami, the character Marisol was killed. This petition is to state to those in charge at CBS and the writers of CSI: Miami that the fans want Marisol back. The relationship Horatio had with Marisol was wonderful and it would have given the show more depth and would have resulted in a multitude of possible future storylines. Horatio being married to Delco's sister and the complications that might arise with him being married to Marisol who's brother is a member of his team in the lab, if Marisol ever got pregnant, if the cancer returned, etc. The writers may have already killed her off but there are creative ways to bring her back. Perhaps Horatio had to make it look like Marisol died (even to her brother or he could have also been in on it but the viewers and the rest of the main characters were not) because she needed to be safe until the man who ordered the hit was captured and so she could recover. The writers are very creative and could make this happen. It has happend before on television and it could happen here. The writers may think that Marisol is a character that can be killed off and that no one will care. Many people do care and that is why this petition was started. Horatio and Marisol were so in love and it was great to see Horatio happy. Please writers bring back Marisol, we know you can do it because we believe you can do it and we also know that we would not be disappointed. So, in conclusion, the writers of CSI: Miami and those in charge at CBS please make right what you made wrong when you decided that killing off Marisol was a good idea because the show was made better by her presence and the life of Horatio was made better when she was in it.

    • I love Marisol and Horatio together, they are one of my favorite couples on television. I loved the show even more when they were together and it provided some light in the drama of the show which was a great thing. I wish somehow the writers could make it so Marisol was not killed and so Horatio and her could have some happines. The writers are missing out on some great storylines with these characters. Please bring Marisol back.

    • It was really great to see Horatio happy when he got married to the woman he loves, and now he is sad again. But wouldnt it a little wierd to bury her even by faking her death? But still, they were a great couple and its very sad this happened. The writers are very cool.

    • (do not count this as a Petition Signature) Dear Creator and Signers of this petition, maybe the actor who played Marisol had another show to do and any other actor as Marisol is not good enough. Therefore leave the writers of CSI: Miami ALONE we, as writers do not want to bring her back for part of the future storyline. Get it through your heads that no matter what you say, no matter how hard you try we will NEVER bring Marisol back to the show EVER.

    • If you don't bring her back, I can never watch this show again because her death ruins the whole show for me, instead of making Horatio look like a Hero, it makes him look like a Jerk because it comes out that he married her out of pity, not love, and that's not heroic or noble. I have, in fact, quit watching the show past season four., I know nothing of season five. I can't stand to see them all "just go on" as if she were nothing more than another "vic". I thought she was sweet, kind caring, and honest person who TOTALLY believed in Horatio and he's just not the same without her. I will just stop watching altogether, but I'm only one person and I'm sure it wouldn't matter. At least, Grissom and Sara's relationship is delightful.
