I am starting this petition as one 14 year old girl on a mission. I want to prove that Miley Ray Cyrus is not a bad influence and just a normal teenager who happens to be famous. She has made mistakes in the past and needs people to realize that she's still just a teen whose life is being lived under a microscope for the whole world to see. Everyone is just waiting for her to fail and making her out to be a Brittney, Paris, or Lindsey. She's not the "party 'till the sun comes up" girl or dealing with a teenage pregnancy. Hopefully, she will take the right path and make good decisions and she won't be in those situations. But the press and media need to quit trying to push her down that road. Thank You for your help.

No one would care if it was anyone else, but just because she is famous it got around the world in a matter of hours. Everyones concerned about the pictures and the little kids that look up to her but honestly no 8 year old is going to care. Miley doesn't deserve any of the crap that shes getting. She is an extremely talented and gifted person who may have made a mistake, but everyone does, celebrity or not.

- I hope this really helps! People really need to stop being so mean to Miley AND her fans!!! Some people I can tell are jealous by what they say at my school! Miley is my favorite person, favorite singer/idol/role model/actress in the whole worlds and I hope that she will keep working for a long time!
