It is quite unfair when a man loses his job over a few wrongful complaints that were never realized to be faulty. How FAIR is it when someone loses a job over a few whiny complaints stating that he "isn't doing his job" or "he is abusing his power?" Not very. As an online Moderator job, it is still like any other job. You work your hardest and achieve the highest you can. You keep that business running, you advertise no matter who tells you to stop. What happens when you are fired for pathetic reasons?
Correction to any complaint made upon Otoya: He tried to stop the argument on both sides. When either side failed to acknowledge his authority he began the "three strikes." As of course if they still continued to pass foul words to one another and at him, and all three strikes were used up he banned them from Lane Gross's chatsite Dark Realm. Any complaints were spur of the moment and often not meant. For those who were under the idea he was abusing his power, they should not have started arguments, swore with unspeakable words, nor fought with the Moderator.
For the other Moderator who complained: Anyone wrongfully banned was an accident as it was meant for a different user who abused their privileges. There should have been no misunderstanding as that person was unbanned once the mistake was realized. An apology was given.
Give Otoya his rights! He gave the chat life- he advertised until he was no longer allowed to. Being fired was wrong as he worked hard to keep people coming into the chatroom. He knew the rules he was to abide by and he did. He did everything before ever banning, any arguments he tried to stop or avoid at all costs.

- As Otoya followed the rules to banning and/or kicking a user ov the chatsite, he is not in the wrong for performing his duties as a Moderator. The fact that he loses his job for -DOING- his job is absolutely ridiculous and a poor show ov Moral and Direction by the Employer who performed the said termination ov this Moderator (Otoya). He -DESERVES- his account back as he was not in the wrong in what he did in any way, shape, or form.
