A pettition to grant a visitors visa for Mona Zarei's parents

Her Name is Mona Zarei a PHD electronics student at Florida International University.
After graduating from Tehran Sharif University, in the Summer of 2007 she was honored with several scholarships to attend various Universities in the United States of America and she chose Florida International University in August 2007.
Unfortunately 4 months after her stay in America, in November 2007 she got very ill and was diagnosed with a very rare blood disease.
This disease gradually causes brain failure.
In her recent letter she wrote:

"Despite the severe effects and complications of this unknown and unbearable disease i continued to keep the spirits of studying, teaching and academic research to keep my university tuition and insurance active.
Doctors have given all their efforts, but no results have been achieved and I am challenging the complications of this disease every day .
While i need the desperate presence and support of my parents, they have not been able to obtain a visitors visa to come to the U.S.A.
I am only a 26 years old girl, who has been fighting this
UN-curable disease for the past 2 years away from my family and loved ones..
Laying in the hospital bed on a daily basis all alone has worn me out physically and mentally.
in October 2009 I was admitted to the hospital emergency room with a sever pain.
Although this was not the first time I've been i an emergency conditions, but it was the most painful and stressful experience of my medical history.
It has been 2 continuous months that i get admitted in the ICU.
My medical team has reached the conclusion that the only
way to save my life is by bone marrow.

In the Recent months, this disease has made my situation hopeless and I don't know how long I will live but I know that the only thing that can keep me alive is the bone marrow."
