(2) Phone infraction he was on a three-way phone call (not allowed in federal prisons). Both of these infractions were more than 7 years ago.

Mr. Moss quit school during his 9th grade year. When he went to prison he began programming. He completed his GED, began classes such as Anger Management, The Ten Commandments of Goal Setting, Concepts of Couseling I & II, Vocational Training Computer Program, The Power of Consequences Commitment to Change, Practical Steps that Lead to Change Commitment to Change, Tactics, Habits that Block Change Commitment to Change, Life Without a Crutch Training Program, Beginning Spanish, Music Industry I, parenting classes, Crochet Classes, various aerobics programs, and Keyboarding. • Please give this man another chance, as said before he was a child when these crimes were commited? Are we not a country that gives second chances? Hmmm seems to me, you would rather keep him locked up and keep paying for him... then let the man get out get a job have a normal life, as you and I have. Please reconsider and let this man who has done so much to better himself while incarcerated prove he is a better man now.

    • We have got to start making the punishment fit the crime. The wrong people are spending their entire life in prison. Look at the crime and the age of the person. He does not deserve this sentence.

    • Life for a drug offense? Are these extreme sentences done out of ignorance or downright meanness? I'm shakin' my head at the absurdity of it all. Good Gosh, send Robert home and save us the $20,000 or so cell cost every year for the rest of his life. How 'bout that for common sense?

    • Justice-determining and fairness-finding mechanisms of of righteous adjudication. This justice should always tempered with mercy. Wisdom is the arbiter which determines the proportions of justice and mercy which should be meted out in any given circumstance. The greatest punishment (in reality an inevitable consequence) for wrongdoing and deliberate rebellion against the law of government of is loss of ones freedoms as an individual subject of that government. Mercy is simply justice tempered by that wisdom which grows out of perfection of knowledge and the full recognition of the natural weaknesses and environmental handicaps of mankind.Justice without mercy is too rigid; it never allows for a second chance.
