Those of us viewers on the West Coast implore NBC and its subsidiaries to begin live coverage of the Olympic games for the west coast. We have already missed Olympic history being made by viewing much delayed footage of Michael Phelps. In the spirit of the Olympic Games we ask NBC to begin live footage of the games for all despite any difficulties it may present for prime-time coverage.

    • I want ABC, who did such a better job than you ever have. The fact that most of the swimming events are live here at 6 or 7 pm, but we can't see them until 3 hours later, my children would be able to watch it live, but since you have decided to forget the west coast, they have to go to bed before your "live" prerecorded events are shown.

    • If not live, at least in prime time. After 11 is not prime time; it's a new world, I can't avoid hearing the results beforehand.

    • I'm not watching NBC's "prime time" coverage because the 3 hour delay means it's too LATE.

    • Get it together NBC, this is pathetic, everyone in the US should be able to see live coverage, you're losing viewers and there is absolutely no justification for it.

    • Very disappointed in the delayed coverage, especially since the events would occur in Primetime anyhow. The Summer Games are only once every four years. Don't be arrogant and think we're watching your station for any other reason than the Olympics . . .
