As loyal customers of the EA Sports brand NHL 2009, we ask for the release of the date for the alternate jersey code. In light of recent release of NHL 2K9 jersey, we have found that the response by EA Sports to its customers fails to be satisfactory and wish for a improved customer-to-relationship in future matters.

    • 2K9 has released the code, all of the jerseys have been unveiled, and yet EA NHL 09 owners, supporters, and most imporantly, fans, haven't been shed any light on the situation and deserve at least some form of an explanation, if not the code itself and/or a definitive release date.

    • It's been what, 2 weeks after the jerseys have been realesed and used in games. Its come to a point where its not about the jerseys, its about customers service. We've had no explanation on why it's been delayed.

    • I don't normally complain, but would like to be more informed as to when things are made available. It's annoying logging in to NHL09.com every day to check if they are released as if it is a chore.
