We the people of the United States of America along with friends from around the world, declare our support for a new worldwide boycott of corn syrup and high-fructose corn syrup, and products using corn syrup as a main ingredient, starting 31-December-2007.
We reject the notion that corn syrup and HFCS should be the default sweetener in food products.
We reject the notion that corn syrup and HFCS are just as healthy as natural cane sugar.
We understand that the pervasiveness and overconsumption of corn syrup and HFCS is contributing to a multitude of health problems for Americans and its neighbors.
We therefore boycott all products containing the lethal ingredients 'corn syrup' and 'high fructose corn syrup".
We demand that senators and representatives in the United States Congress stand up to the American corn lobby and ban this harmful substance from all food produced in the United States of America.

- As long as the FDA allows companies to use corn syrup/high frutcose corn syrup, any effort by the government to speak out against the obesity epidemic comes across as hypocritical, given the known effects of this product.

- Women are especially susceptible to developing hypoglycemia as the result of consuming HFCS. This is incredibly dangerous, and HFCS are virtually impossible to avoid.

- Please take time to do your own research on this substance, then, ask yourself: Do I want to eat this and feed it to my family?
