This Petition is created in an effort to address the way foreclosures are handled in the Prince Georges County Maryland court system. There have been many homeowners who have not been able to pay for legal counsel and some who have received incorrect information from attorneys claiming to be "experts" in the field - but unlearned about the Maryland Codes and Rules of Procedure in the foreclosure process. There are also many homeowners who have represented themselves "Pro Se" in the Prince Georges County court system. While in the process of one of the most devastating life experiences, many homeowners have been treated unfairly by the Prince Georges County Foreclosure Court.

Attorneys/Trustees for the banks have been allowed to break the Maryland Codes and Rules of Procedure for the docketing and processing of foreclosures in Prince Georges County Maryland. The laws that the Attorneys/Trustees have been mandated to adhere to by the State of Maryland have been grossly overlooked to the detriment of the Prince Georges County Homeowner. Many Maryland Homeowners have been denied their legal rights as citizens to "fair and due process of the law" in Prince Georges County Maryland. THIS MISCONDUCT IN THE PG COURT HOUSE IS APALLING!!!

TOGETHER, IN NUMBERS, WE CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE - AND BEGIN TO TURN THIS SYSTEM IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION - WITH TRUE JUSTICE FOR THE PEOPLE AND NOT THE BANKS AND ATTORNEYS WHO REPRESENT THEM!!!!
