As Proposition 8, entitled on the California State ballot "Eliminates Right of Same-Sex Couples to Marry," seeks to amend the California Constitution to legally discriminate against a specific demographic and deny what was ruled a "fundamental right" by the Supreme Court of the State:

As an LMU community member, I resolve to oppose the measure. In the spirit of Equality and Social Justice, I provide my moral support and say NO MORE to DISCRIMINATION with my signature, and VOW TO VOTE "NO" on PROPOSITION 8 on November 4, 2008.
