    • Turkey is unwilling to admit even the obvious - the genocide of Christians (Armenians, Bulgarians, Greeks and Assyrians)in the Ottoman empire, indicating that current Turkish polity approves of the genocide, albeit bashfully. Even in modern times not a single year passes without Turks murdering Christians - Hrant Dink (January 2007), the three Christians in Malatia (april 2007), father Andrea Santoro (2006), etc. The Turks must be forced to confront their past honestly. Attempts at beautifying it fooled no one, at least in the last 131 years.

    • If Turkey is ever allowed in the EU, the next day at least two nations will be erased from the face of the Earth - Bulgaria and Cyprus. We, Bulgarians, are just 8 million. Cyprus Christians are even less. For the Greeks in Greece Proper to be erased it may take a few years more. THE PROBLEM IS PUREY DEMOGRAPHIC, forget about the proverbial Copenhagen criteria, Amsterdam criteria and all that stomach wrenching globaloonery.
