We the undersigned feel that the TV Licensing fee is unfair and should be abolished. In a time where people are encouraged to exercise the right to choose, it seems archaic that the TV Licensing fee is forced upon the public. This fee directly funds the BBC, which uses this money to fund services, that none fee payers can access, for example BBC World services, the BBC Website and the BBC iPlayer, why should the British public fund these services without choice for those that do not contribute. We firmly believe that we should have the right to decide if we want to buy a BBC subscription or not, which is easily implemented with the oncoming Digital switch over a subscription service could be achieved. Abolish compulsory TV Licensing fees now.

    • Since it has been proven that radio waves are a Carcinogen; I find it somewhat ironic in a trend of health & safety to submit the whole nation to a battery of these waves in their private property. Moreover, that we are forced to pay for it simply insults all of us! Yet as a law obiding citizen I have to pay for my own cancer. Cheers BBC! (and all other air-bound signals that aren't welcome in my home)
