We Helions have waited, patiently, for the release of the new device. We understand that their was a delay in the device for a slight redesign. But we believe that a slight redesign would be an insult to us, as loyal customers who have stayed with the company through a drought of phones and services. We ask now, collectively, to the new company of Helio powered by Virgin Mobile, that you listen to you're most dedicated, and passionate customers, to make a declaration to serve you're customers with devices and features we have joined for. And an announcement of a new flagship device, as well as assurance that you will carry the carrier toward its original mission statement.

    • I actually pre-date helio contracts, I always been month to month. I could leave at anytime but instead I choose to wait and see. I hope I like what is comming but a full year without a new device in this market is suicide. Of the "Helions" that I know... almost 75\% have jumped ship because of the mismanagement of the company. I hope the new entity has the foresight to be able to provide us with devices and services that will keep us here and bring more new customers to us. As it stands now, I do not see this ending well for anyone involved, I hope you proove me wrong.
