During the 2008 Presidential campaign, you pledged the following...

"Barack Obama and Joe Biden will repeal the ban on direct negotiation with drug companies and use the resulting savings, which could be as high as $310 billion, to further invest in improving health care coverage and quality."

And you said, "We'll tell the pharmaceutical companies 'Thanks but no thanks for overpriced drugs.."

We want you to keep yout word, Mr. President. We want real health care reform and that includes negotiating prices with the drug companies; NOT making a backroom deal with them.

    • Would also appreciate it if you put doing what is right over trying to be bipartisan with people who either don't get it or are too corrupt to care.

    • The Wall Street bail out was atrocious. You watered down the stimulus bill for Republican votes and got none. You better get healthcare right or you can get the moving vans ready in 2012.

    • I believe President is wasting time in including those whose mission is to sabotage his agenda. As for me I would say enough is enough. Dump the naysayers and get on with people's business.
