We, the undersigned, petition Chugg Entertainment and Pearl Jam, to produce and release A DVD from the 2009 Australia and New Zealand Backspacer Tour. For too long now, dedicated Pearl Jam fans in Australia and New Zealand, have been neglected, and believe that they too are deserving of footage of their favourite band performing in their home cities. Performances have been released previously of American and European performances, this proves therefore, that there is a market for live DVD productions in the global market, and Australia and New Zealand are part of that global market.

Please do not allow this neglect of fans in the southern hemisphere continue, and allow us to relive those magical nights we got to share with our favourite band, Pearl Jam, until the next time they grace our beautiful shores.
