Dear Sony,
As a truly happy customer, I feel as if I have a basic understanding on how the Play Station 3 will sell more units. Also having a parent in the computing industry, I would know what they want. People want the best for the 400-600 dollars they spent on that "PS3". People also want a fast, useful, computer that can help them (put the food on their table), with their business. I see a positive potential. The PS3 is a very powerful machine. Not everyone knows how to install Linux onto their PS3, and some are just too lazy! But if you had something to give to everyone- not only the gamers but the people who want a good computer, and a computer for their work. If you add some computer like features (I will give some examples...) then you would sell a lot more units!

Suggestion List:
1. Ability to read and send email on the PSN.
2. In the messaging (for the people on your friends list) you should be able to record voice and video and send it. To stop pirate there should be 1 min of voice and 2 minutes of video.
3. Calculator.
4. Internet should be a lot faster, even with a great internet connection the browser speed should be increased.
5. When will we get the TV tuner? Is it canceled? Because we all want one!
6. Google Earth.
7. News to be added to "Life" would be a nice addon.
8. Open Office, that can be updated.
9. Copy and Paste.
10. Ability to look through our hard drive.
11. Chat rooms while in game.
12. Novint Falcon support.
13. Simpler controller model, (sell separate).
