Police in PCMC shall be strict to rickshaws

The Auto Rickshaws in Pimpri-Chichwad city (PCMC in pune district) dont follow rules and regulations, police shall take strict action about the same. It's found that
1. Rickshaw operators dont charge according to meter, rather they never put it down they can charge anything they want.
2. The rickshaw's travel with people more than the capacity many times it's too much, even driver has 2 passengers on his seats and he doesnt sit properly , how can he concentrate on driving ?
3. They dont follow traffic signals many times.
4. the smoke from the vehicles is huge many times, do they go for real PUC check ?

Police shall be strict towards them on these points.

- The rikhshaw wala's never follow the meter to charge the commuter and moreover stop other rikshawwala's (who come to drop someone from the city area) to charge the right fare. They often break the traffic rules as well.
