Reservation in Private Sector Not Required.

Following are the problems because of the Reservations in Private Sector:
1. Talented people will not get good position. So they will get migrated to other countries.
Causing India loosing the Talent.
2. No new MNC will enter India. Becoz they won't spare employees without Talent unlike our Govt Companies.
Causing Unemployment in India.
3. Existing Indian/MNC companies will stop their units and will slowly migrate to other countries where they will get benefit.
Causing degradation of development.
4. People will fight each other on caste basis.
Causing violation in India. No peace can exist.

These are the major factors which will affect the nation.
I request you to please stop the proposal of Reservations in Private Sector. Also try to remove them from all the sectors. Please make the reservations only based on the economic status rather than caste.
Some political leaders to cash the vote bank are trying to put reservations based on caste and religion in private sectors too.

Please stop this and make India as a developing nation.

    • Do i have to ask the credentials of a surgeon in a private hospital who operates on me or my friends to check whether he got the job out of merit or out of reservation ? The same goes with any service offered ..

    • Reservation policy is not based on who is poor or who is rich. It is based on castes. So let us not bring this into private sector and spoil that too :-)

    • I strongly disagree with any reservations in private sector. Totally back the problems mentioned in the petition. Reservations should be made only on basis of economic conditions of individual. Moreover, there is no need to be biased towards only one section of the country (so called vote-bank of our so called leaders) when unemployment problem is grave for people in both the reserved and unreserved category.

    • According to the actual proposal, the reservation was supposed to be reduced after some time. But it is increasing day by day. Due to this today all educated and talented people want to get settled in developed countries. In this way India is loosing talent and faith of talented and deserving people.

    • Let each and every person earn a place through merit. Reservations can be extended at the most to economically backward candidate in terms of education and by means of fee waiver etc. But adopting reservation policy for employment is not correct, I need not talk abt the issue we face having a non competent person appointed by means of reservation. Pl. stop this epedemic !!!!

    • If govt really wants to do something to the backward people, please provide equal oppurtunities to all at the root level. Abolish many bad practises like child labour, corruption and make them educated. That way, they would be enabled to compete with rest of the world with their talent. Creating reservations on caste basis is not at all a solution for developing backwards or the country
