Dear Starbucks and its Owners:

We are concerned about the article written by Ms. Grossman of U.S.A Today, telling us of your intention to use religious quotes from The Purpose-Driven Life written by the Rev. Rick Warren. While we have no problems with the use of such quotes, we the Atheists, Humanists, and other Non-Theists request that you give us equal billing. We will be attaching a list of recommended Atheistic quotes to this petition.

We are confident in your agreement in this matter, and we are hopeful this does not have to lead to further action on our part. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
