  • Please don't do this. Don't close any libraries, but expecially not this one. The library is heavily used. It also is in a poorer part of the county. If services need to be cut back, do so in a more affluent area where people can better afford it. That's why I call this a justice issue.

  • My mom would take my brothers and i to the library once a week to check out books, play games on the computers and to just do activities that were fun and educational. A lot of kids dont have access to the things that the Library offers and i know for a fact that neighborhood kids benefit a lot from it.

  • The Southeast Regional Library is a vital part of Garner and surrounding neighborhoods. Residents of all ages use this library as evidenced by the high volume of visitors each year. School age children depend on this library for resources in completing assignments. In my household, we do not purchase books, instead we visit the library. Please do not close this location.

  • Please do not close the library. It is needed by so many families and kids in Garner. The library plays a very important part in our children's education. Please stop cutting programs that benefit our children and our community. That has got to be another way other than closing the library.

  • This is the best library in the area!! Priceless storytimes for the toddlers - the best of all libraries!! Huge selection, great location. I come all the way from Fuquay because the Fuquay library is SO tiny (and toddler storytime on the floor in the back? - yuck!)
