This petition has been set in place for all of those who have been taken advantage of by Share Our Wealth or Golden Vault. We are collecting signatures in an effort to file a complaint against Share Our Wealth and Golden Vault with the United States Attorney General - Eric Holder to get them shut down and their bank account(s) frozen so that they can no continue to do harm to innocent people. If you have put money into either of these programs and have not recieved your refund back plrease signed the petition.

    • I invested $120.00, invested ($40.00 once & then $80.00) &watched it grow to the top, & then was going to take out my investments only, I ask for 90.00 one time, as that was all I was told I could get at that time, so I ask for the 90.00 & that was on 4/23/08, it set in pending until, they so called invested my money in something, I never was ask about that, whether (I) wanted to invest it or not, or in what I wanted to invest it in. I were taken from one thing to another. there was a mall & to make money there we had to buy so much, & so many other things, I can't remember them all without going back thru the folder of saved emails for it, if you want me to I'll be HAPPY to check & forward to anyone that has the time to read them. when I got to the top, we were suppose to be put into the (Golden Vault) which turned out to be a scam to, & I can tell you alot about that to. Found out what it was & invested a 100.00 & haven't. gotten anything from that either.

    • It is obvious that Jim (SOW) is running out of money and has no intentions of refunding people as they promised since some people have been waiting since July for their refund. Why should we just sit and allow Jim to be able to whatever he wants with "our" money. More then 80\% of the money he has or should I say "had" was not his money it was ours. And since he is not going to refund us, why not get him shut down and get "all" of his bank accounts frozen so that he can not do whatever he wants with "our" money anymore. There are reasons for this petition will which I will not discuss, but mostly yhis petiton is for the people of SOW that have put money in and have not received their refund.

    • I want the money that was promised. He has all our info as we had to fill out w9s and purchase debit cards which we have never used as he won't pay us. He needs to answer our questions before he asks us to get into more programs that will benefit him only.

    • We were promised a very good return for investing in SOW, first told it would be sent to us, then told we had to fill out a W9 form and pay for a debit card, that you can't get SOW to put money on it. When you request money it goes into pending and never leaves it, unless cancelled. Updates are a big joke
