Sprint Mogul Give Us Back Sprint TV And MMS

Dear Sprint and HTC. We love the service and great devices that you do supply to us the consumers. The coverage is great and the phones have endless possibilities and potential. Potential was the key word there. Sprint, why do you and HTC have to continually lie to us Mogul users and say that the phone isn't capable of Sprint TV and MMS?(also known as picture mail)Sprint, you have said over and over that the phones aren't and never will be capable of running these two applications. HTC has said the same even in the manual for the phone. This is where the lies start. I and a couple other fellow "Mogulers" had got Sprint TV to work without a flaw. Than out of nowhere i received a message at my website from you (Sprint) saying to take it down. I agreed to the terms, but than what happened? the next day it didn't work and there was no fix for it. Than i get another message from Sprint stating to take down the .CAB file for working MMS through Sprint which both HTC and Sprint had sworn not to ever work on the Mogul. The app had been up for almost 6 months and what happens the next day when i take it down? Once again it doesn't work anymore. (coincidence right?) All we ask is for you to be honest and give us the features like Sprint TV (which works on the touch without problems) and MMS. (that even works on the low line phones like the katana.) Let us have these basic functions on our phones so their true potential can shine. We hopew you take this into consideration because you are losing many customers as it is from you being dishonest and is Sprint TV and MMS worth losing thousands more? Thanks

    • I think that it unfair that I being a person that goes out and pay over $500 for a phone cant have everything that sprint offers. Me and many of my friends have the mogul and we feel like sprint is cheatin us but the phone that cost less can do it. I can't even get to my sprint online pics with the phone and that is mess up. I use to tell all my friends that sprint is where you want to be and many of them are there because of me. I would hate to start tellin people that sprint is cheatin me.

    • It is rediculous that customers investing in the most exxpensive phones are not receiving the same benefits as other users spending less. Additionally, I was told by the salesperson that these would both be available.

    • This is something that really needs to be taking care of. Especially since we know both Sprint TV and MMS do work on the Mogul. I dont see why Mogul users cant use these features. I personally know of 10 friends of mine who were going to go to sprint and purchase Moguls. Once they found out about the lack of MMS and Sprint Tv they promply went to verizon and purchased a Voyager. Please rectify this. Dont loss anymore customers then you already have. The Mogul claims to be a multimedia phone. Give it MMS and Sprint Tv so it is a true multimedia phone. Thank you for the time,

    • Your actions are both rediculous and unprofessional. MMS is a standard function with every other major phone company. I am also paying for Sprint TV in my package. As an individual working in the telecommunications industry I am highly dissappointed by your actions.
