Safari Browser: Bring Back 'Tabs on Top'

We, the undersigned users of the Safari 4 web browser from Apple, strongly request that Apple enables an option to use the "tabs on top" feature in any future releases of Safari.

    • @Apple: While surely controversial, the 'tabs on top' feature saves a lot of useful screen space, and I plan on staying with the Safari 4 Beta until a 'tabs on top' option gets added to an official Safari 4 release. That said, I do have one suggestion: I feel that a major User Interface improvement would be to remove the confusing 'tab grippies' and in their place, allow moving tabs by first holding the alt/option key, then clicking & dragging the target tab.

    • Now that the "tabs on top" were included in the Beta, and some have shown a preference for them, there should be a preference for customizing this option along with other features like disabling "suggested and recent Google searches"
