Return Nickelodeon Studios back to its home at Universal Orlando

Anyone that would like to see Universal Studios in Florida Bring back Nickelodeon studios to how it was in its glory day, bright and colorful with the green slime geyser back in place and shows being taped and happy children. I remember going there as a kid and an adult and I am so upset with them removing it. Many people are angry at this and i want to get enough people to sign this petition so i can send it to universal, to show how many people still care about the original Nickelodeon Studios.

    • I never got to go there. but when it was open and i first started watching nick at the age of 6 in the year 2000 i fell in love with nick shows! taina,kenan and kel and all that. I've always wanted to go but never went until april of 2008 only to find out that they had closed. In its prime i heard of a time capsule that they made that held a brand new game boy and a home alone vhs. it sat beside the orange benches. when i heard of all of that 90's madness i couldn't wait to go. blues clues was taped there. i was born in 1994 but even if i were to go then i would be too young to remember. I want to experience the fun that all of my older friends talk about. that was what made Nickeloedeon! now they move it to california and dont even have the same stuff?!

    • If Universal Studios booted the Blue Man Group and renewed their contract with Nickelodeon and brought back the studio as close as they could to the orginal including bringing back the slime geyser and the time capsule, then I'm positive the park would receive 2x as much attendance which means 2x as much revenue :) We just want our childhood back.

    • Please bring it back, Nick was fun for kids and they had "My family's got guts" and will soon have "Brainsurge". If they are gonna make game shows at least bring the old studio back, especially since they are using slime on "brainsurge". Nick studios was my best memory of childhood.

    • I loved going to Nick Studios. It always had the benches with the weird signs on the back. And the cardboard cutout of all the characters on a rollercoaster. My brother got to be on Slime Time Live but no one voted for him. I was in the stands though. I'm going to Universal next week and it will be totally different without the Nickelodeon sign and the Slime Geyser. I hate that they replaced it with the Blue Man Group. Are they even good? Anyways, I just loved the colors and excitement that that soundstage brought to Universal. It changes everyones experience in the best ways. I'm sad that it is gone but wants it back even more now that I recognize what it means to everybody. Let's Bring It Back!

In November 1988, Nickelodeon joined the USF team to make its very first studio. In June 1989, Nickelodeon filmed its first show there, that show was Super Sloppy Double Dare. On June 7, 1990, the studio (along with the park) officially opened. The facility was a working studio where many Nickelodeon and Nickelodeon GAS shows were produced, with the first being Double Dare.
