    • The treatment of this family is disgraceful, but not, unfortunately, unique. All those responsible for providing services to those with autism, and their families need to take advice from those who KNOW instead of resorting to this inappropriate action.

    • Don't warehouse someone like Steven just because he is autistic, in his spare time he is a human being too.

    • are people just trying to justify their jobs? They should learn about autism and then perhaps be at least a little bit willing to understand.

    • This is not what Steven needs. My thoughts are with his parents and I have had a similar experience. It's wrong. Parents need to be listened to!

    • As parents we have to do enough fighting for our kids without the interference of outsiders who do not live with this disability 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

    • The LB of H have treated Steven and his father disgracefully and must be held to account. I have known them both for a long time and been out with them both on numerous occasions. Too great a risk to the public? Rubbish.. The greatest risk here is the ongoing damage being done by NOT supporting Steven and Mark's quality of life at home; and we all know that boils down to cost doesn't it. Absolute disgrace.
