We, the undersigned, would like to petition you to redistribute the 700 billion dollars airmarked for the banks to be distributed to every adult citizen of the United States. It is our belief that such a stimulus will immediately give the economy the boost it needs to recover because its' citizens will most likely pay off their debts and buy consumer goods which will keep people in their jobs and may inspire others to create new jobs.
