We, the undersigned American citizens, request that a party be sent to Antarctica to explore the region for immediate colonization.

America was at one time considered the New World. We are now faced with high energy costs, polluted air and water, food shortages, and an economic crisis. The new world has become the old, it is time we discover our own "New World" to conquer.

It was the Manifest Destiny of this country to conquer the land from coast to coast. The New Manifest Destiny of America is to conquer Antarctica, where we can open the land for farming, collect the melting glacier for clean water, tap into the vast oil and coal reserves, and provide jobs for hard working Americans.

To achieve this goal, the undersigned also petition that you do away completely with all carbon emission restrictions, so our economy can run full force, and the increased global temperatures will melt the polar icecaps and free Antarctica from its icy prison.

It is also of the opinion of the undersigned that Christopher Sullivan, Entrepreneur and American Visionary, lead the party to the Antarctic and organize the colony "New Washington".

Hard times have taken their toll on the American Dream, but with a united America, fighting and polluting for a common goal, we can resurrect those dreams from their ashes, and again claim the title as the greatest nation on earth.
