We, the undersigned, want to petition Sodexho Ireland Ltd. to join the "Meat & Dairy-Free Tuesdays" Campaign at LYIT and to offer more vegan/vegetarian-friendly items on their menu.

The livestock industry is responsible for more green house gas emissions than the transportation system. Cutting meat and dairy from our diets for at least ONE day a week has been shown to be more beneficial to our environment than eating locally everyday. The city of Ghent, Belgium has already declared Thursdays as their Meat-Free Day in schools and we urge you to follow in their steps.
