We, the undersigned, as tutorial writers and supporters of tutorial writers, demand that MSN Groups remove the group PinceladasPSP http://groups.msn.com/PinceladasPSP.
The group has stolen tutorials and placed them on MSN storage sites and within their group, without permission,this is copyright theft.
MSN has been informed of this copyright infringement and have been given evidence but have not done anything to date, despite the group being guilty of other copyright and illegal infringements.

We ask that the matter be given immediate attention!

    • Paying customers are not meant to be free from the law just cause they pay a subscription for extra storage. I hardly see what has to be investigated seeing as it was all done for MSN by fellow Tutorial Writers. People that have spent hours upon hours making sure their sites are perfect, that all copyright information is intact, however our work doesn't matter cause we're not a corporation?

    • MSN thrives on the Community of PSP'ers. That is what makes up a large amount of groups in the MSN, we, as tutorial writers also help to enhance the communities. Its a sad day when MSN does not feel the need to support us the same way as they would their paying customers!

    • I am a paying customer with MSN as well and I am outraged that my tutorials are allowed by MSN to be stolen and added to this group and after knowing that they are and still nothing be done about it.

    • We as tutorial writers have worked very hard to create and then write tutorials to share with people who would like to learn new techniques and learn Paint Shop Pro. To have them stolen and placed on another site is theft and I am disappointed that MSN supports the actions of Pinceladas will not shut the site down.

    • I am a tutorial writer and have had some of MY hard work blatantly stolen. This is an infringement of Copyright and MSN's code of conduct states they dont allow this...so why havent they done anything about it.??? or are we to understand that MSN are indeed not to be trusted to stand for their own beliefs!!! Why bother to have a COC if you dont adhere to it.
