    • This is a project that belongs in an industrial area, not anywhere near a neighborhood. A better location would be somewhere along Route 23. Or, relocate the police firing range, which is very close to Barbour Pond Park, (which also makes zero sense) and develop the project there.

    • To drop such an anomaly into this area would destroy everything that makes Wayne work as a community. With a little research, you can find story after story of "development projects" that destroy property values and the close-knit communities they impose themselves upon. I cannot come up with any reason other than greed that would justify such an aberration to be placed upon the beautiful hillside. In the long run, we all lose. Still not convinced?     • There are more appropriate places for a sports dome like this in Wayne. It could be a nice addition in Wayne in the appropriate location. If the dome is located in such a residential area, it will reduce home value(and therefore taxes) of some very valuable homes and may discourage those families in that area who can move out of Wayne to do so. It is simply not the place for that kind of commercial facility.
