Localize Tales of Vesperia for Playstation 3

This petition is to show how much interest there is in bringing an already beloved game to us. There is a serious lack of JRPG's for us right now and there is a HUGE interest and we have no idea why no one is attempting to fill that interest.

Sony, Bandai Namco. You have the chance to fill that interest for us. Tales of Vesperia is already in development for release for the Playstation 3 in Japan. This game was released for the Xbox 360 and many many people have enjoyed it on that console. However after seeing the treatment it is getting, it has made our mouths water in hopes of getting this game. In the past game ports like this never see the light of day here in America or even Europe and we do not want this to happen with this game. We want you to know there is a huge interest in the game and there are many many people who want this game to be released.

The attached signatures are signatures of those who feel passionate about this and you can pretty much guarentee that any signature is from someone who is willing to buy a copy without hesitation if released here. So hear our voice.

    • Living in the UK I had to wait almost a year for the XBOX 360 version, only to find out a much superior edition is to be released for the PS3. Please release this game in the west, it WILL sell! The only reason people think these games won't sell is because they are given no attention and almost no effort is made to advertise them! Give it the chance it deserves and release it, don't alienate the fans this series has outside Japan.

    • I've been a loyal follower of the Tales series for a long time, so naturally I was ecstatic when I heard Tales of Vesperia was coming to the PS3 with extras. Whenever a Tales game came out for a system I didn't own, I bought it. I just couldn't warrant doing that with the 360 in these economic times; it would be the only game on 360 I actually wanted too, so I just couldn't do it. I'd love to get my hands on ToV PS3, please bring it over :(.

    • The PS3 desperately needs a big name RPG series on it. If re-localization was done for a new IP like Eternal Sonata, then I see no reason not to do it for Tales of Vesperia, which is more widely recognized and praised.
