We the people of the United States are requesting that the laws regarding sentencing of pedophiles be changed. This group of criminals have the largest recidivism rate of all criminals.. Why is that?

WE BELIEVE IT IS BECAUSE OF THE FOLLOWING
THERE IS NO CURE
THERE IS NO TREATMENT
IT CANNOT BE CONTROLLED
THERE IS NO REHABILITATING THEM
IT IS A CRIME WITH ESCALATING VIOLENT TENDENCIES
THE PUNISHMENT NEVER FITS THE CRIME
A CRIME WITH MULTIPLE VICTIMS BEFORE THEY ARE CAUGHT THE FIRST TIME
A CRIME WITH MULTIPLE VICTIMS BEFORE THEY ARE CAUGHT THE SECOND TIME

Due to the nature of this horrific crime we are seeing our children and neighbors children go missing. They are tortured raped, beaten then murdered. For one's own personal pavers sexual gratification. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE.
This crime has grown to staggering numbers and it's victims are getting younger and younger. We believe the rights of upstanding citizens, innocent children and the families who are left behind far out way any rights of these criminals. The innocent need to have the upper hand on this. We have the right to live our lives in peace, safety and dignity. We also have a greater right to protect our children. THE INNOCENT. We also have the right to change the laws with punishments that fit the crime and under the current system the punishment is in no way shape or form fitting of this type of crime.

WE WANT AND DEMAND OUR LAWS ARE CHANGED TO THIS

FIRST OFFENSE WITH/CONVICTION MANDATORY 30 YEARS MINIMUM AGE FOR FELON TO BE 15
SECOND OFFENSE WITH CONVICTION LIFE WITHOUT PAROLE...GUARANTEED.

We want this to be a mandatory sentence. Leaving the judges no room to make up their own punishment, IT MUST BE MANDATORY WITHOUT EXCEPTIONS.

Far to often sexual predators are given a slap on the wrist, probation, 30 days, 1 year...how is that justified to the lifetime sentence they have given their victims?
A drug dealer get a greater sentence than a sexual predator. It is time to have the punishment fit the crime and put an end to this murder spree of our INNOCENT CHILDREN....
