    • damn fools all the new road is going to do is make a parking lot for people that can not get on 77 than there is exit32 plus kids going to a new school just east of 21plus all the siglenals about over building we have been hearing. When I first came here in 1944Goldsbuurghair force base it was a beautiful state withall the standing trees that is all ruined I would not give you 2 cents for this state now.

    • As a resident of Alexander Chase I urge you to deny the Village at Lake Norman project. It will make our current traffic and overcrowding problems intolerable and our quality of life will suffer. If I had been aware of this project three years ago I would have chosen NOT to buy my home in this community. The traffic gridlock on Catawba avenue, Hwy 21 and Northcross make traveling even a short distance very time consuming.

    • We don't need another shopping center/mixed use center right in the backyard of Birkdale! Also, a Super Target??!! (a horrible mass market choice if the plan is for this development to be upscale) It is bad enough that Antiquity is going to be more trackhousing townhomes currently being built, but more boring shopping centers with no character will further chip away at our quality of life here in Cornelius. Please upgrade and improve the existing shopping centers (i.e. Southlake, etc.) first. I vote no!!
