I, as a citizen of the United States of America, who has faith in our criminal justice system, believe that those who have fully paid their debt to society after being convicted of a felony, should have their right to vote restored and be notified of that right upon leaving the criminal justice system. I urge you, as my representative to support a bill that would enfranchise ex-felons who have fully paid their debt to society in the eyes of the law.
