    • To all those who want to boycot Viacom, I don't think you realize the scope of the corporation. Including CBS, ABC, Fox, Showtime, Cinemax, Starz!, and Encore, Viacom has bought out all or most of the basic cable stations, which also overlaps Disney/Buena Vista, Ted Turner Productions, Lifetime, Discovery, and independents such as MTV, VH1, G4, USA etc. My point is there would literally be no basic cable (and most DVDs) without Viacom, so they don't really care what you do. Don't misunderstand me, I agree with you that IP spying is unethical, immoral, and violates our right to privacy, let alone the privacy of children who watch with a Google Video account. You might as well hand over a child's personal info to a bunch of child preditors!

    • Viacom has no right to our private information in this battle. They have no right to my name or ip address. They can have the video counts, but not our personal info. Screw Viacom!

    • This is a total outrage. How can Viacom take away our entertainment like this? Especially how could they take away my beloved MST3K episodes? I cannot afford to buy them...

    • Viacom has no right to do this. The police have problems getting this information, yet viacon just decides they can take it.

    • I understand removing entire shows, but they go way too far, removing parodies and other things they dont even break copyright! They suck. Balls.
