To The U.S. Senate,
We, as one voice have all come together in support of the need for a "Missing Child Task Force".
A nationwide unit designed to respond immediately when a child is reported missing. This task force shall provide a law enforcement section, strictly dedicated the investigations of missing children and abductions.
In cases of missing children, time is the enemy. Every child deserves a chance, even if they are presumed to be runaways..
This unit will provide immediate response in the search for the missing child. Leads and information will be checked and confirmed.
This Task Force will consist of two units. Each unit would work at the same time to search for different answers.
When dealing with my own missing case I noticed a lack of enforcement going out and searching right away for
the perpetrator.. They seemed to want to prove us wrong. We need a section looking for the missing person in the first few hours. The other half would verify the circumstances of the events and complete the paper work. This would provide more time for the force to actually search for the missing child.
Time, could be used to our advantage. The abductors are depending on Law Enforcement acting slow. Lets make a change, get the jump
on them, and stop this epidemic before it affects one more child.
This law shall be called the Acacia Bishop Initiative
