Before coming to power you had promised to bring home all the troops from Iraq. We also demand that you begin a time table of bringing home the troops from Afghanistan and allow a deployment of United Nations Peace Keeping Forces in the region.

The US occupation of Afghanistan has turned the already volatile Indian sub-continent into an even more vulnerable magnet for terror attacks, which is evident after the recent 26/11 Attack on Mumbai.

We also urge you to work with the British government to put maximum pressure on both India and Pakistan to resolve the long standing dispute over Kashmir and allow the United Nations plebiscite, which was promised to the Kashmiri people.
